- Tier 3: Lifetime registration ( Have to register every 90 days with the sheriff's office)
- Tier 2: 25 years (have to register every 180 days with the sheriff's office)
- Tier 1: 15 years (Have to register annually with sheiff's office), or 10 years in certain cases
